We are concerned about you and your oral health and make every effort to ensure that you will be treated in the most responsible manner, with kindness and understanding. In order to assist you with your investment in your oral health, we have outlined our financial options.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders and credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover).
If you wish to make extended payments, we participate with Care Credit, which is a medical-dental card company. Upon approval of your application, Care Credit may extend credit, over time, for your treatment needs with a lower interest rate than most other credit card companies offer.
We will review your dental benefits with you prior to surgery. Please bring your insurance information with you to your consultation appointment. Depending on your individual plan, you may be responsible on the day of your appointment to pay your deductible, an estimated payment not covered by your plan, or full payment for services.
We will process your dental claims for you. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. If you have dual coverage (more than one plan) a claim will be sent to the primary insurance carrier first. As soon as we receive payment from that company, a claim will be sent to your secondary insurance carrier.
Since you are ultimately responsible for payment of services, we will send you a monthly statement. Once we receive payment from your insurance carrier(s), we appreciate prompt remittance of the balance on your account.
