For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and CareCredit. We make every attempt to deliver the finest care possible at the most reasonable cost to you. We will review your dental insurance benefits with you prior to surgery. Please bring your insurance information with you to your consultation appointment. You may be responsible on the day of your appointment to pay your co-pay, deductable, or full payment.
In cases involving insurance payments, we will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any balance remaining after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is always appreciated. We collect all estimates at the time of service.
